a little too aware & a little too cynical.
I work in film, so am fully aware of the number of people, the length of time, the amount of sweat, tears and oftentimes blood that goes into making a movie. No matter how bad a movie, there are hundreds of people that worked incredibly hard and did a perfectly fine job.
I, however, do not feel that this excuses me whatsoever from fulfilling my duty as a cinephile to mock the utter shite that Hollywood produces, as well as the ridiculous, egotistical people that populate it.
I used to write a movie news column and with a few sidekicks, this is the blog continuation of it.

THE GORN!!! I actually have a blurry picture of the rubber monster suit from my trip to the Seattle Science Fiction Museum (taken mere moments before I was almost ejected from the premises for taking a self-portrait in front of Deep Space Nine).

I'd seen this before, and it is still funny. Perhaps we just don't understand how the incredibly strong gravity makes everyone there move like they're on 'ludes?
